Green Light for BearFlagBlue

I'm tired of staring at code.

It's not perfect, and right now the place looks a whole lot better in Firefox than in IE (Safari? Opera? Chrome?...I have no idea), but on my screen, in 1600 x 1200, the place looks pretty darn good for a guy who doesn't know a thing about coding.
