Deporting Dead People

I guess attorneys for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement have nothing better to do.

Nasin Mauricio Rivera died in San Bernardino County in August and his body was shipped to his native El Salvador for burial.

Seven months later, the federal government is still proceeding with the deportation case against him. A hearing is scheduled for this summer.

So not only are they trying to deport a dead man...they're trying to deport a dead man who's body isn't even in this country anymore. Great use of resources there guys.
